Notice of Domain change

Dear Valued Customers, Suppliers and Partners,

We sincerely appreciate your long-term trust and support! In order to further optimize the company’s brand image, standardize external communication channels, and improve the efficiency of business correspondences , we have decided to uniformly adjust the official email domain. The relevant changes are hereby announced as follows:

I. Description of Email Domain Change

1. Original email domain: wuzhouszgs.com (including all company email accounts with this suffix);

2. New email domain: wzpcgx.com (the suffix of all company email accounts will be uniformly changed to this domain, and the prefix of the account will remain unchanged);

3. Effective date of change: The new email domain will be officially launched and start receiving all kinds of emails from the date of this announcement; the original email domain will retain a transition period of 5 working days. During the transition period, the original email address can still receive emails normally.However, after the transition period,starting from April,1st,2026, the original email domain will be discontinued and will no longer receive any emails.

II. Important Reminders

1. Kindly please update our company’s relevant contact information in your system in a timely manner, by replacing the old email address with the new one suffixed with wzpcgx.com, so as to avoid email incoming or outgoing failure.For example, our General Manager,Mr.Mansheng Yang’s email address will be changed from yangmansheng@wuzhouszgs.com into yangmansheng@wzpcgx.com;

2. During the transition period, if you send emails to the original email domain, we will be able to check and reply in a timely manner. However, to ensure efficient and accurate communication of import and export business, we strongly recommend contacting us via the new email domain ;

3. All business correspondence,including but not limited to inquiry,offers(unless otherwise previously agreed to present on customers’ stipulated platforms), order communication, document transmission, payment confirmation, and consultation feedback will be subject to the new email domain in the future. The usage method and receiving timelines of the new email are the same as those of the original email, which will not affect normal business activities;

4. If you encounter any problems in updating the email address or sending emails, please contact with us any time through our company’s official phone number (+861373786141), and we will provide you with assistance as soon as possible.

This email domain change is only an optimization and adjustment of the company’s communication channels, which will not affect the cooperative relationship between our company and all customers and suppliers, nor will it change the original import and export business process and the rights and obligations of both parties.
